After a week in bed… I am happy to be back on my feet!
My friend, I had over this weekend from Melbourne informed me that it’s apparently called the 100 days cold. This is the 4th time I’ve had this cold in the past 6 months.
The biggest lessons I’ve learnt is that it’s important to actively keep your immune system STRONG during cold and flu season. We can’t see what’s going on inside our bodies, so there is no harm in bumping up your vitamin intake or any natural way to boost your system.
It’s hard to stay active during the wet and cold winter days but it’s still important for your body to be active and also for your mental health.

Monday to Friday 7:00 to 8:00am
Tuesday to Thursday 5:30pm (July month only)
