TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Class Cancellation Policy
No refunds or credits are given for any classes/packages unless due to serious illness. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within 4 hours of the start time your pass will be forfeited. As I have such a limited space in my studio I require more notice. If you are unable to attend a booked class, please let us know via email or phone, or cancel via the Mindbody app, so that your place may be made available to others.

Refunds & Transfers

All classes/packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Please make sure you check the expiration date when purchasing your classes/packages.

  • The introductory pass is only valid for one month.
  • No passes are shared with other students.

If serious illness occurs you can apply for a refund by emailing Kim with an up to date doctors certificate at kim@yogihunter.com

Extensions

Class Passes can be extended for up to 14 days only due to serious illness. No other extensions are given due to travel or work commitments. Please make sure you check the expiration date when purchasing your pass.

Yoga Hike  & SUP Yoga

All class passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Due to weather, Yoga Hike/SUP yoga can be cancelled last minute but I will give as much notice prior to cancelling via email or text or phone.
If the Yoga Hike/SUP Yoga is cancelled due to weather your funds will go into credit for your next hike/SUP yoga class or to another YOGi HUNTER class or workshop, this will be agreed by discussion only. 

Unplug & Recharge – Hike + Yoga Rottnest Island

No refund for change of mind or can’t make it. If ill, a medical certificate will be required to get a credit to go towards either YOGi Hunter or Beachside Pilates & Yoga Wellness Centre by discussion only.

Weather cancellation:
If the event is cancelled last minute due to weather we will refund your money in full. We will give as much notice prior to cancelling via email or text or phone.

FREEZING AUTO-PAY

Freezing auto-pay is only authorized due to illness, serious injury or unforeseen circumstances. All auto-pay accounts can be frozen for up to 14 days and no longer. To freeze your auto-pay, a completed request must be submitted in writing via email at least 14 days in advance of your next billing date in order for your request to be effective. Following the end of your requested freeze period, your monthly auto-pay will automatically be reactivated.

CANCELLATIONS A written request must be submitted via email to kim@yogihunter.com at least 14 days in advance of your preferred cancellation date
