Tent Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is the perfect balance to our busy lifestyles, it relaxes body and mind. Physically it lengthens muscles, aids mobility, keeps our body supple and support healthy joints.
Join us for a weekly journey of yin yoga. Blending yin yoga, breathing techniques, meditation, music and essential oils we create the perfect atmosphere within our yoga tent for you to fully release and relax.
You will also be gifted a Calm or muscle relaxing essential oil roller and pack to support your journey.

What is yin?
Yin yoga is unlike other forms of yoga. The postures are held for 3-7 minutes, are on the floor and supported by props. Yin focuses our fascia, joints, ligaments and meridians – areas which do not get focused on in other forms of yoga and exercise.
Yin is an extremely relaxing and meditative practice that aims to stop the monkey mind and help participants gain a greater awareness of their body, mind and emotions.
Suitable for all levels including beginners. Please contact if you have recently given birth.
Note: this is an adult yoga course for those over 16.
Jess is a new mama, reformed stress addict and sun lover. She’s passionate about helping others to live intuitively, to reconnect with the inner wisdom of their body and to move their body’s in a loving way. Her classes blend modern day philosophy, anatomical movement, music and beautiful essential oils to create a fully embodied experience.
The intention of her yin classes is to give you space away from the crazy busy life we have – to fully relax, restore and come back to your centre. You’ll leave feeling your body is longer and softer – with your spirit nurtured and renewed.
Jess has completed two yoga teacher training, is also a certified pre and postnatal yoga teacher and has a Yin and Chinese Medicine yoga certification.
