For the past 3 days, I have been participating in a mini-course called Dial Up Your Magic which was created by Caryn, my soul sister. Being one of her #1 fans I loved every day waking up and listening to her 5-minute audios.
I like to wake up and start my day so 5 minutes was a reasonable amount of time I felt to stop and just listen to her words and meditations etc.was
(Sorry for giving it away if you are going to sign up!!!)
I am sharing with you my experience because I tapped into another joyful moment at our wedding.
This one moment that has been embedded in my brain. All I can see is Tony, and we are just standing there hand and hand surrounded by flowers holding hands, and I can’t stop smiling.
I have been looking and sharing photos of the wedding, but I can’t help but remember all the fantastic feelings running through my body. It was like a surge of JOY ran through me as I said my vows to Tony. Just even thinking about them make me want to CRY!
After the audio finished, Caryn said to journal down the Joyful moment.
So I decided to read my vows out loud, and they brought joyful tears to my eyes.
Then I got my recorder out and just read the vows again but out loud and recorded them. I wanted to share them to Tony as I knew he probably didn’t even remember them as both of our nerves were so HIGH.
Once I recorded the words that were it, I couldn’t help myself but create it into a video. I had the audio the images and just added some soft music.
Going through the process of making this video was so amazing because it was like recreating the moment for myself as I saw it flashing through my mind. So I sent it to Tony and here is his text back to me.
I have now decided to share it with you all because my day started with listening to a 5 minute audio on JOY.
It inspired me to recreate JOY the way I felt it in a visual format such as this video.
Now you don’t have to be as full-on as me to recreate JOY…joy can keep spreading and spreading, which is what I hope this does to you.
Take a moment and share a joyful moment you have recently felt with someone… doesn’t have you to be your husband or partner.
It can be your friend or your mother or father. Remind them of a moment you have recently shared that made you feel good because I bet they will love hearing that moment again… especially right now given the circumstances we could all be reminded of joyful times.
I honestly can’t wait for tomorrow to listen to Day 4 of Dial Up Your Magic, and I hope this inspires you to give it a go.
We all got more time on our hands. Five minutes a day for five days… easy! I’m promoting Soul Sparkle in this post, but I can’t help it… she pulled me to such a magical place inside so why wouldn’t I want to share that with you all!
