I am discovering so many ways to use my essential oil on a daily basis and it’s so much fun incorporating them into my routine…
For those of you who suffer from hay-fever like me…I find it extremely effective to put 1 drop of peppermint oil in the shower before getting in and just take a deep breath of the steamy water to open up your airways.
So amazing to clear my stuffy nose… give it a go the next time you get into the shower even if you don’t have a hay-fever! It just makes your shower feel like you are at a spa.
