What do you do to get yourself out of your funky mood

Not sure if it is Holiday Blues or what…but since I’ve got home it has put me into a weird funk…

What do you do to get out your funky mood?

My tips:

I write whatever is troubling me in a journal to help store the information somewhere else.

So thankful I have a daily yoga practice to also help me get out of my moods for most of the day. Book a yoga class

Run a HOT bubble bath with essential oils … so simple yet so effective!

Meditating makes me feel so good… help reset my day or if I have a good meditation it will reset my week! Book your meditation
